Check out this infograph from Tripomatic on the number of days you can stay in a city using only $100. Since the data is based on the cost of one bed in a dorm room at a hostel, this graph provides a general sense of the relative cost of one city to another. I always knew my dollar would go far in India but I had no idea I could get nine days of accommodation in Goa to New York’s one day! I’d be interested to see the same infograph using $200 at 4 star hotels!
